Return and Refund

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we would be pleased to coordinate a return.

Please note that to be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging. 

To initiate a return, please get in touch with our customer service team at info@latibule.co.nz within 7 days of receiving your order.

Please include the original receipt or proof of purchase with your return.

Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is a result of our error (e.g. you received a defective or incorrect item).

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with photos of the product and packaging. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.

Please be aware we do not take liability for any lost or damaged goods in the return process.

Our team will notify you once the refund transaction has taken place.
